Personal In 1985, Denise relocated with her family to Maryland from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. After graduating from Bowie Senior High in 1989, she moved to Howard County in 1993 where she still resides. While successfully honing her skills as a New Home Sales Manager, Denise earned her degree in Business Finance with a minor in Marketing at University of Maryland University College. Denise recalls "Juggling work and school taught me time management skills from a young age and they have come in handy ever since." On December 31, 1999, Denise married her true love, Robert Garner. Yes, it's true…they had a Y2K wedding! It was a spectacular event born out of Denise and Robert's optimistic belief that the future was bright…and it is! Denise and Robert have been blessed with four children over the years and spend most of their free time with them. In her spare time, when that exists, Denise loves to travel, lift weights, practice yoga and scrapbook. Jamaica and Walt Disney World are among her top destinations.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEDenise was attending Virginia Tech when she innocently accepted a job as a Sales Assistant for a new home builder with the intent of returning to finish her degree. After only a few months of learning home sales, site plans and blueprints, she was hooked! In just over a year her superior ability, ambition and tenacity earned her a well-deserved promotion to Sales Manager. Quickly establishing herself as a stand-out salesperson, Denise received the honor and responsibility of managing multiple communities across Howard and Anne Arundel counties. During a successful fifteen-year career with Trinity Homes, Denise has been personally involved in over 350 successful settlements selling an average of $12 million per year. Denise uses her mastery of the detailed steps of new construction to enhance her current career in Residential real estate. Her skills in research, marketing, staging and statistics were polished even in the beginning.

THE GARNER TEAMIn 2006, Robert Garner and Denise Garner formed The Robert Garner Team at Coldwell Banker. Fueled by optimism and faith, Robert and Denise combined the talents of two extremely successful careers in Sales/Marketing/Sales Management and quickly rose to the top of the ranks.
